How can I cancel my paid subscription?
You can easily terminate your paid subscription at "My Account" at any time. There is no letter, fax or e-mail required!
How long is the notice period?
There is no notice period! You can cancel your paid subscription via the website at any time. If you do not cancel, your account is usually extended for another month.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, American Express and Mastercard), PayPal or by bank wire transfer. All invoices must be paid within 7 days after receipt.
How do I receive my invoice?
Each invoice will sent to you as a PDF file via email. You also find all invoices at the "My Account" section to view and download.
Do you charge VAT?
Customers from Germany have to pay sales tax/VAT. Customers from other countries within the EU are not charged for sales tax, unless you provide a correct VAT ID. Customers from all other countries do not have to pay sales tax/VAT.
